Yu An

Yu Fang An, age 85, of 5027 Lake Grove Blvd, Cary, formerly of Rendall St. Burlington, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Hospice of Wake County. She was a native of Tacheng City, China and daughter of the late An Gun Ling and Gao Xiu Ying and the wife of the late Luo Li Fu Luo De who passed away in 1992. Since immigrating to the United States, she raised five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was an expert knitter and an artist of flowers. Her honest, hard-working and altruistic life will be always remembered. Survivors include her daughters, Man Li Wan Fu Guo Yin and husband Zhen Hong Wan of Cary formerly of Burlington and Fu Guo Lee and husband, Jia Lin of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren, Lily Nguyen and husband, Thinh Nguyen of Cary, Jia Yin Angel Wan and husband Richard Wang of Cary, Jenny Yan and husband, Rashid Tuweiq of NY, NY, George Yan of Wilmington, DE and Linda Wan of San Jose, CA; great grandchildren, Annabelle and Franklin Wang and Conner Nguyen. She was preceded in death by her husband and her child, Fu Guo Lin. Funeral services will be held at 4:00pm Sunday, April 28, 2013 in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Genie Martin. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will gather and greet friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 3-3:45pm Sunday, prior to the funeral service.
