Vivian Angel

Burlington, NC Vivian Bibby Roach Angel, age 80 a resident of The Oaks died on Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Liberty Commons. She was the wife of the late Kenneth E. Angel and the daughter of the late Stanford T. And Esther May Hundley Roach. Vivian worked for many years with Old Dominion Box Company. She was a member of Glen Hope Baptist Church where she also sang in the choir for many years. Vivian was an avid bowler and loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Michael Angel and his wife Angie of Tampa, Florida and Bob Angel of Crofton, Maryland; grandsons, Ken and Ryan Angel; sisters, Peggy Ann Overman of Liberty and Betty Lou Hawkins of Burlington; brother, Willie Roach of Belhaven, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brothers, Linwood and Luther Roach; a sister, Naomi Pike. The funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Larry Redding, officiating and the burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home and other times at the home of the sister, Betty Lou Hawkins, 1304 Fairview Drive, Burlington, NC.
