Vincent Doll

Burlington, NC Vincent Lloyd Doll, age 88, formerly of Mebane passed away on Friday, January 28, 2011. He was the husband of the late Virginia Medlin Doll who died in 2008. Vincent retired after 25 years with Douglas Aircraft and was of the Methodist faith. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving in WW II. He is survived by his son, Ronald L. Doll of Texas and a daughter, Gay Doll Johnston of California; step son, Jim Johnson of Martinsville, Virginia and step daughters, Cameron Foster and her husband, Earl of Graham, Evelyn Baugham and her husband, Ed of Kernersville and Charlotte Johnson of Florida; six grandchildren and eight step grandchildren and a niece, Faye Southard and her husband, Kenneth of Mebane. He was preceded in death by his wife and parents, Oliver and Marianne Koppean Doll. A private graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery in Mebane for the family.
