Vickie Fayne

Pikeville, NC Vickie Cooley Fayne, age 64, of Ivey Lane passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at Wayne Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Alamance County and the wife of Joseph "Joe" R. Fayne who survives. Survivors include her husband of the home, daughter, Ceretha "Cissy" Ashley of Pikeville, NC; sons, William Carden of Chapel Hill, NC, Calvin Eugene Parrish of Kernersville, NC, Jeffrey Lynn Parrish of Pikeville, NC; step daughters, Debra Penley of Burlington, Barbara Millikan and Laura Dabbs both of Snow Camp, NC; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd David and Virginia Sykes Cooley. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Jesse Croom and the burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
