Thomas Kelley

Burlington – Thomas Todd Kelley, 55, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 at Ashe Memorial Hospital in Jefferson, NC.  He was born on March 6, 1965 to Roy Thomas “Tommy” Kelley who survives and the late Barbara “Bobbie” Anne Roney Kelley who passed on June 30th.

Todd retired from the State of North Carolina and was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed wood working and arts and crafts. Todd enjoyed the outdoors and spending time in the mountains with his family and friends.

Survivors include his father, Roy Thomas “Tommy” Kelley; brother, Marshal Anthony “Tony” Kelley and wife Jennifer; former wife, Lisa Parker; nephews and nieces, Cameron, Sydney, Allison and Loren Kelley.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Friday, July 10, 2020 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Mark Mitchell and Rev. Reid Dickens with the burial to follow in Carolina Christian Church Cemetery. The service will be live streamed for anyone who is unable to attend.

Public viewing will be available from 1:00pm on Thursday until 1:45pm on Friday prior to the service.
