Thomas "Darrell" Williams

 Elon- Thomas “Darrell” Williams, 78, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at ARMC surrounded by his family. A native of Guilford County, He was the son of the late Porter Isaiah and Ida Bell Lynn Williams.

 Darrell retied from Torque Elastic and formerly worked with Glen Raven Mills. He was a member of Altamahaw Baptist Church and an avid sports fan.

 Survivors include his sister, Ruth “Ruthie” Rudd of Gibsonville and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Nellie Barbee, Gladys Busick, Doris Lasse; brothers, J. P. Williams, Melvin “Bud” Williams and Douglas Williams. 

 A graveside service will be held on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at 2:00PM at Altamahaw Baptist Church Cemetery by Eric G. Rudd.
