Thelma Carver

Mrs. Nellie Thelma Richardson Carver, 94, formerly of Collins Dr. passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Burlington Manor. A native of Stokes County, she was the wife of Percy J. Carver and daughter of James and Lula Harris Richardson, all deceased. She was an active member of Burlington Assembly of God where she was a member of the choir and Senior Citizens of the church and she was a retired employee of Cone Mills, Minneola Plant. Survivors include her sister, Lillian Culberson of Burlington and brother, Dale Richardson of Burlington; 6 nephews and 2 nieces. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday January 17, 2015 in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bryan Rainbow and Rev. Howard Thompson. Interment will follow in Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Carver will remain at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory through the funeral service.
