Susan Cook Honeycutt, 60, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 24, 2020 at her home. She was born in Alamance County to the late Melvin and Betty Pope Cook and was married for 36 years to David Honeycutt who survives.
Susan was formerly employed by TAPCO and was a member of Ireland Street Chapel where she also taught Sunday school. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who truly enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, David; sons, Jonathan Honeycutt (Erin) and Michael Honeycutt (Bailey); grandchildren, Sadie and Collins; and a sister, Donna Connerley (Dennis).
A service to celebrate her life will be held 4:00 PM Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Wayne Jones of Ireland Street Chapel.
