Susan Dreyer

High Point, NC Susan Wimmer Dreyer, age 43, of Eli Moore Court died on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at High Point Regional Hospital. She the wife of David Leroy Dreyer who survives. A native of Burlington, she was the daughter Neil Jackson and Martha Hughes Wimmer. She was a graduate of Walter M. Williams High School in Burlington and Meredith College in Raleigh. She ws employed as Offic emanager by Ameriphlox, Inc. in High Point . Susan was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church in High Point. Survivors in addition to her husband and parents include a daughter, Shannon Hunter Hubbes of the home, a brother, David Neil Wimmer and his fiancee Sarah Greene of Elk Park, NC. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Claude Fitzpatrick and Lillian Garst Hughes of Roanoke, VA and her paternal grandparents, Arthur Lewis and Helen Hunter Wimmer of Roanoke, VA. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Front Street United Methodist Church by Rev. Robert Simpson, Officiating and assisted by Rev. John Fitzgerald and Rev. William G. Sharpe. The committal service will be held later for the family. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at her parents home, 2324 Westover Terrace, Burlington, NC 27215.
