Susan Boalick

Susan Jane Chapman Boalick, 78, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019, surrounded by her family.  She was born on November 11, 1940, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, to the late Edward Chapman, Jr. and Jane Bechtol Chapman and was the wife of Howard Russell Boalick, who survives.

She was a 1958 graduate of New Castle High School and a 1961 graduate of Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburg, PA, as a registered nurse.  She was also a longtime member of Trinity Episcopal Church in New Castle.

Survivors other than her husband include:  her sons Scott Russell Boalick (Hiroko) and John Edward Boalick (Jennifer); grandchildren Benjamin, Jessica, Samuel, and Eleanor; and brother Edward C. Chapman III (Anita) and sister Margaret Chapman.

Her celebration of life will be held at 2PM Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel.
