Steven Shoe

Mr. Steven Ray Shoe, age 59, of Gibsonville, passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born in Alamance County, he was the son of the late Seth Reese Shoe and the late Joybelle Smithy Shoe. He was a career graphic artist and attended McLeansville Baptist Church. He enjoyed shopping for and collecting antiques and he loved the beach.
Steven is survived by his sister, Pamela Shoe Thomas and her husband, Greg, of Liberty; sister-in-law, Susan Shoe of Browns Summit; and five nieces and nephews, Brandi Thomas, Michelle Thomas, Brooke Moore Michael, Ryan Moore and Phillip Shoe. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Donald Reese Shoe.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Friday, February 17, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Dace Lewis. Interment will follow at Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 2:45 PM Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
