Skylair Myers

Skylair Christian Lee Myers, 20 of 6613 Championship Drive, Whitsett went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 17, 2011. He worked at Sal's Restaurant and was a member of The River Church in Gibsonville. Skylair was scheduled to graduate this spring from the Drafting and Engineering CAD Program at Alamance Community College. He is survived by his son, Bryson Hayden Lee Myers of Burlington; mother and stepfather, Jennia Spainhour Liston and her husband Joseph of the home; father, Timothy Wayne Myers of Penn.; brothers, Michael Damian Myers of the home, Timothy Caine Jones of Burlington, Juston Tyler Billings who is stationed in Washington D.C. and Johnathan Ashley Faulkner of Mebane; sister, Angelica Myers of Penn. and grandmother, Louise T. Spainhour of Graham. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Walter Lee Spainhour. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at New Life Church at Burlington by Pastor Todd Martin with interment to follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday evening and other times at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the College Fund for Bryson Myers c/o Carolina Bank, 3214 S.
