Sharon Marie Tyll

Sharon Marie Czarnik Tyll, 76, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 17, 1948 to the late Bruno Mitchell and Helen Ann Zaremba Czarnik and was the wife of the late Leaonard Tyll.

Sharon was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and former member of Blessed Sacrament for over 30 years where she taught Religion and Special Reading Groups. She was also a cheerleading coach and loved working with children. Sharon’s aim in life was to put God first in everything she did. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. 

Survivors include her son, David Tyll; daughter, Michelle Tyll Willets; grandchildren, Jasper, Ashlyn, Violet and Daphne Tyll and a brother, Ronald Czarnik.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the mass at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament School, 515 Hillcrest Ave., Burlington, NC 27215.
