Sandra Howard

Sandra Ashley Howard, 69, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Hospice Home. She was born July 15, 1946 in Alamance County to the late Euliss Thomas and Alice Murray Ashley and was married to the late Roy Eugene Howard. She was a member of Osceola Baptist Church. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister who will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her daughters, Sandra Strickland, Ashley Heydon; son, Roy (Colene) Howard, Jr.; grandchildren, Harley Deann King, Sandy Marie King, Steven Nicholas Howard; great grandson, Liam Randall Cline; step grandchildren, Patrick Hawker, Jr., Chris Hawker and a special niece Doll Cates. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; brother, Cecil Ashley and a sister Barbara Landreth.
The graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Junior Kenner.
By her request there will be no visitation.
