Rosa Billings

Rosa Lee Ingle Billings, 87, of Gibsonville was called home by her Heavenly Father on Saturday, January 14, 2012 surrounded by her family at her residence. She was a native of Orange County and was a member of Brightwood Christian Church. Rosa was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Elbert Billings; granddaughter, Kristine Bohlen; parents, Grady Vance and Eva Lessie Poole Ingle; sisters, Virgie Ingle Huey and Lilly Ingle Foster and brothers, Wheeler Ingle, Keith Ingle and George C. Ingle. She is survived by her daughters, Sharon John Bohlen of McLeansville and Anna Windsor of the home; son, Harold Carole Billings of Graham; grandchildren, Jason Clayton, Taylor Windsor and Heather B. Agnew; great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews; sister, Mary Ingle Brown of Burlington; brothers, Wade H. "John" Mary Lou Ingle of Mebane and Grady R. Judith Ingle of Gibsonville and a special sister-in-law, Emma Lee Ingle of Gibsonville. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bruce Church with interment to follow in Brightwood Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:301:45 Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
