Rodney Campbell

Rodney Lee Campbell, 55, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at ARMC.  He was born in Alamance County and was the son of the late Dewey Lee Campbell and Shelby Lambert Campbell who survives and was married for 15 years to Annette P. Campbell also surviving.

Rodney was employed by Custom Machine and Tool and was formerly employed by Roto-Plate and Meredith-Webb Printing.  He was the owner/operator of Rodney Campbell’s Towing where he enjoyed working together with his Uncle Wayne and best friend Chris Fuqua.  He was a loving and devoted husband, son and brother who truly enjoyed spending time with all his family including aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  Rodney also loved spending time with his special buddy “Flea”.

He is survived by his wife, Annette P. Campbell; mother, Shelby Lambert Campbell; sisters, Sherrie English, Dee Dameron (Terry); several nieces and nephews and other extended family members.  He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey Lee Campbell and brother-in-law, Jay English.

A service to celebrate his life will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tommy Bright.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:45 PM Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
