Robert Jarrett

Robert Lee Jarrett, 70, passed away Sunday August 26, 2012 at Wesley Long Hospital. He was the husband of Helen Wagoner Jarrett and was born January 1, 1942 in Guilford County to the late Theron Kenneth and Lala Moon Cox Jarrett. Robert was employed by Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company and was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam War and was a member of the V.F.W. Survivors include his wife of the home, a daughter LaDonna Scott Greeson of Gibsonville, a son Kenneth W. Laura Jarrett of Travelers Rest, SC. grandchildren, Kenny Jarrett, Scarlett Jarrett, Avery Greeson, Amber Greeson and a brother Coy Ray Ginger Jarrett of Gibsonville. The funeral will be held 10:00 AM Thursday at Bellemont United Methodist Church by Rev. Farron Duncan. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Wednesday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory and at other times at the home.
