Robert Moore

Mebane – Robert Gary Moore, 67, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 28, 2020 at his home after several months of failing health.  He was born in Washington County, TN on July 4, 1953 to the late Robert Atlee and Barbara Hope Moore and was the husband of 43 years to Carolyn Diane Moore of the home.

Robert attended Full Gospel Tabernacle. He was a retired Alamance County paramedic for 36 years and a tree operator for 53 years.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Heather Brady (Wes); sons, Christopher and Westley Moore; grandchildren, Spencer and Leah Brady, Emma, Chloe and Cayson Moore and Cale Solomon; a sister, Marie Scoggins (Neil) and brother-in-law, Randy Dodson.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Vickie Dodson.

A private service to celebrate Robert’s life will be held at Full Gospel Tabernacle by Pastor Kevin Barbour with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
