Richard Wagoner

Richard Clyde "Rick" Wagoner, 52, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 at his home. He was born in Elkin and was the son of Arnold Wagoner and Collie Goins Gregg. Rick was married for almost 30 years to Lisa Kroenung Wagoner, who survives. He was a longtime pharmacist and was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa K. Wagoner, sons, Richard Dylan Wagoner, Brian Cody Wagoner and Wonder; siblings, Clarke, Thomas, Billy John, Beth, Joe and Sarah (Nicole) Lovelace; stepfather, Robert Gregg and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many "adopted" family members. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Billy Dean Lovelace and a brother, Jayme Lovelace.

A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Garry Baldwin. The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:45 Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
