Raymond Sutton

Raymond Sutton, 70, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020 after several months of failing health.  He was born August 1, 1949 in Alamance County to the late A.J. and Theda Perry Sutton.  He was married to Beverly Kay Ward. He retired from Engineered Plastics, Inc. in Gibsonville. He was a member of Hopedale Christian Church.

He is survived by three children, Tracy Toombs, Phil Sutton, and Jennifer Journigan; two stepchildren, Tori Craig and Teresa Taylor; two brothers, Mike and Joe Sutton; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.

A memorial service will be held at his residence (2705 D Bermuda Trail Mebane, NC) this Sunday, July 5 at 2:00pm.
