Randy Rich

Gibsonville Randy Lee Rich, age 61, of 400 Steele St. passed away peacefully November 23, 2014 at Alamance Health Care. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of Mollie Holyfield Rich and the late Bynum L. Rich. He was a US Army Veteran. Randy enjoyed his work as an electrician and loved to fish. In his youth, he loved barrel racing at Brightwood Farm. Survivors include his mother, Mollie Holyfield Rich of the home; daughter, Heather Parker and husband Brian; son, Johnathon Rich; granddaughters, Mollie Ann and Brittany Ann Parker; brother, Wayne Rich and wife Vickie; sisters, Linda House and husband Jay, Gayle Silver and husband Dickie and Wanda Baldwin and husband Chris; stepdaughter, Crystal Williams Sanderson and husband Darrell and step granddaughter, Jennifer Hope; several nieces and nephews; his children's mother, Tina Rich, who was faithful to Randy during his illness and to the very end. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Rob Lowe, Rev. Jerry Gardener and Rev. Max Rich. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. Mr. Rich will remain at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory through the funeral service. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 6-8pm Tuesday and other times at the residence.
