Randall Tickle

Randall "Todd" Tickle, 67 of 513 Burlington Ave. passed away Monday, January 3, 2011 at Alamance Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Nora "Frances" Lamm Tickle who shared 44 years of marriage. Todd was born October 24, 1943 in Alamance County, and had been employed by Cone Mills. He enjoyed fishing, having fun and spending time with his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his wife of the home, daughters; Kathy Ann Dwayne Webster of Gibsonville, Lynn Garner Tommy Morris of Oxford, NC, a son David Tickle Nikki Wright of Gibsonville, sisters; Evelyn "Tootie" Johnny Alcon of Gibsonville, Naomi Ray Westbrook of Elon, a brother Roger Stewart of Gibsonville and twelve grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Cletus james and Maude May Stewart, sisters; Aleisa Stewart and Madeline Davis. There will be a celebration of life service 2:00 PM Thursday at Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Wednesday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home.
