Phyllis Wlotzko

Phyllis Forrest Horn Wlotzko, 70, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Hospice Home. She was the wife of the late John Martin Horn and was born August 4, 1942 in Cleveland, OH to the late William McKinniy and Carol Binz Forrest. Phyllis had retired from American Express and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Graham. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her daughters; Darlene Bruce Rouse of Graham, Lora Lance DiGenova of New Philadelphia, OH, Robin Ecolano of North Ridgeville, OH, Wendy Bayless of Medina, OH, Tammy Horn Campbell of Burlington sons; Johnny JoEllen Horn of Columbia Station, OH and Richard Shrichard Horn. She was also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a sister Mary Jo "Sissy" Scott and a brother Griffith "Griffy" Forrest. There will be a memorial service 12 Noon Wednesday at First United Methodist Church of Graham by Rev. G. Kevin Baker. In lieu of flowers Phyllis would like for you to plant a tree in her memory
