Phillip Fuquay

Phillip Allen Fuquay, 54, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2015, peacefully at his home. He was born in September of 1960, in Caswell County to the late Charlie Herbert Fuquay, Jr. and the late Daphene Watson Fuquay. The survivors include his wife of 28 years, Teresa Fuquay; his daughters Michelle Fuquay and Carolyn Fuquay; brothers Scott Fuquay, Thomas Fuquay and his wife Jeannine; sister, Martha Fuquay and husband George DeMuth; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lauren Katherine Fuquay, a brother, Charlie Andrew "Andy" Fuquay and both parents. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00pm to 4:00pm Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Caswell County Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 193, Yanceyville, North Carolina 27379. Phillip was a caring man that would give the shirt off his back and do anything to help others.
