Pauline Loy

Pauline Staley "Polly" Loy, 91, of Durham St. died on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at the Hospice Home. She was born in Alamance County to the late John Wade and Maude Councilman Staley and was married to the late David Loy. She was a former employee of Burlington Industries, Pioneer Plant and was a member of Staley Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sisters, Carlene Moize and Hazel Murray, and brothers, Lynn, Carl and Clyde Staley. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Bennie Smith and Rev. J.W. Melvin. There will be no visitation.
