Paul Turner

Paul Raymond Turner, 70, of Burlington passed away on Sunday, December 11, 2011. He was born in Alamance County to the late Floyd Jack and Alice Barts Turner. Paul was a former employee of Tower Hosiery and was a member of Nall Memorial Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Turner William Adcock of Graham; son, Raymond Carol Turner of Otto; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; special granddaughter, Lisa; special great granddaughters, Monica and Vermonica; sisters, Frances Rex Sharpe of Burlington, Myrtle Pennington of Hopedale and Enzer Bill Perry of Haw River and brothers, Bud Faye Turner and Wayne Patty Turner, all of Haw River. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pattie Paulette Turner, parents, sister, Linda Taylor and brother, Jack W. Turner. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at McCray Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery by Dr. Wade Cox. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 PM prior to the service at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the sister's home, Enzer Perry, 416 Boundary St, Haw River.
