Burlington – Patricia Phillips Euliss, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Alamance County and the daughter of the late Robert Donald and Betty Garrett Phillips. She was the wife of 53 years to Rollie Wayne Euliss who survives.
Pat worked as an administrator at the Guilford Center for over 20 years. She was a member of Shiloh Presbyterian Church. Pat enjoyed spending time working in her yard, growing flowers, designing floral arrangements, feeding blue birds and rabbits. Wayne and her spent many happy weekends camping at Bugs Island. She loved cooking, baking and staying in touch through cards and phone calls with her family and friends. Wayne often said of her “she was the prettiest and sweetest girl in the world” and he devoted himself to looking after her as her health declined.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Rollie Wayne Euliss of the home; her son, Christopher Wayne Euliss of Burlington; sisters, Brenda Greeson and husband, Gary of Whitsett and her twin sister, Janice Graves of Badin Lake; brother-in-law, Stanley Copeland of Alamance and numerous nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held to celebrate her life.
