Patricia Ann Blue Alcorn
Burlington-Patricia Ann Blue Alcorn, 77 passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at ARMC surrounded by her family. She was a native of Washington, DC and the wife of the late Richard Irvin Alcorn and the daughter of the late Arthur Perless and Mattie Ellen Lynn Blue.
Patricia was employed for many years with Zayre's Department Stores. She was a member of Grove Park Baptist Church and a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan Marie Alcorn Flynn and husband, Robert of Raleigh, NC, Connie Alcorn O'Hara of Burlington and Sandra Kay Alcorn of Haw River; grandchildren, Ryan Flynn, Alex Flynn and Nicole Callaway; great grandchildren, Lux Flynn and Taryn Callaway; sister, Othell Heath and a brother, Bobby Blue and wife, Martha of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers, Don Blue and a sister, Norma Welch.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date and memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
