Pamela Wood

Burlington, NC Pamela "Pam" Grey Ingle Wood, age 57, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at Liberty Commons. She was a native of Alamance County and the daughter of the late J. Zeb Ingle and Hilda Grey Bennett Ingle. Pam was employed with Lowe's Home Improvement for many years. Her hobbies included scrap booking, cropping and crocheting. Pam loved children and was a caregiver to several friends. Survivors include her special friends, Becky Rumley, Patty Turner, Gladys Turner, Cheryl Waddell and Jerry Massey; God Children, Ryan Turner, David Turner, Jill Waddell and Brandon Waddell; God Grandchildren, Michael Turner, Luke Turner, Jacob Turner, Mason Turner, Gage Smith, Matthew Davenport and Marcus Davenport. She was preceded in death by her parents. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. David Girod. The family will receive friends from 1:45 until 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.
