Ollie Hill

Burlington – Ollie Denham Hill, 91, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2020 at Novant Hospital in Brunswick County.  She was born on November 12, 1928 in Davidson County to the late Ernest and Rose Lena Bird Denham and was the wife of 52 years to the late Raymond Curtis Hill.

Ollie was a charter member of Glen Raven Baptist Church.  She enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren.  She recently moved to Holden Beach where she lived with her daughter, Debra for the past 9 years.

Survivors include her daughter, Debra Williams (Robert Stewart) of Holden Beach; granddaughters, Kristi Norris (Kenneth) of Burlington, Tiffany Williams Burns (Jay) of West End and great grandchildren, Brandan Hill and Landon Grey Burns.  She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; sisters, Onia Loy, Sylvia Abney and a brother, Author Denham.

A private graveside service will be held at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Bobby Fann.
