Norman Lane

Norman "Wallace" Lane, 75, of Greenwood Dr., passed away suddenly Wednesday, August 28, 2013. He was the husband of Carolyn Smith Lane and was born September 2, 1937 in Cabarrus County to the late Norman William and Zula Faye Nance Lane. Wallace had retired from Culp Weaving after many years of service and was a member of Kinnett Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his friends and spending time with his family enjoying life. Survivors include his wife of the home, sons; Charlie "Willie" William Lane and his wife Teresa of Burlington, Michael Thomas Lane of Burlington, a daughter Vickie Neuschefer of FL, grandchildren; Ashley Shanlever and husband Charles, Brittney Roberts and her husband Chris, Brooke Lane, Seth Lane, Mikaley Lane, Joey Neuschefer, Anna Goings, Linda Neuschefer and 13 great grandchildren, There will be a celebration of his life held 2:00 PM Sunday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Don Pegg. The family will receive friends following the service and at other times at the home. Memorials may be made to the Kinnett Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, 1106 E.
