Naomi Lackey

Naomi (Noni) Vanhoy Lackey, 93, of Graham, NC passed away December 24, 2021 surrounded by her family.  She was born January 23, 1928 in Hoke County.

A near life long resident of Lexington, NC she was preceded in death by her husband Clifford J. Lackey. She retired from Mannington Mills in Lexington, NC.

She is survived by her son, Donald G. King and wife Ann of Graham, two grandsons Jason King and wife Kristian of Ardsley, New York and Joel King and wife Shannon of Burlington, NC, three great granddaughters, Carter King of Burlington, NC, Olivia and Addison King of Ardsley, NY, a sister Betty Jean Puckett of San Antonio, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service honoring Naomi (Noni) will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Ashley Heights Baptist Church Cemetery, Reservation Road, Aberdeen, NC 28315 by Reverend Doctor Zeb V. Moss.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605-4277, Ashley Heights Baptist Church, 10351 Aberdeen Road, Aberdeen, NC 28315 or a charity of your choice.
