Naomi Wilson Coe

Naomi Wilson Coe, 101, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023. She was a native of Iredell County and the daughter of the late George Monroe and Hettie Correll Wilson. She was the wife of the late James Ernest Coe.
Naomi worked for 13 years with Burlington Industries and retired from Burlington Bag and Baggage after 15 years. Naomi was a practical nurse, beautician and worked in child care for many years. She was a member of Riversdale Baptist Church and devoted herself to family and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Naomi Maness and her fiancé, Joey Baysdon, grandsons, Jospeh, William, Timothy and David Lee Coe, Jr.. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; daughter, Ernestine Coe Williamson; sons, David Lee Coe, Sr., Michael Ray Coe and a step son, Thomas Coe and numerous siblings.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 11:00am at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Steve Pruitt. The family will be at the home at other times.
