Nancy Coble

Burlington, NC Nancy Minor Coble, age 58, of Piedmont Way went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 30, 2008 at Duke University Medical Center. She was a native of Alamance County and the wife of 33 years to W. Howard Coble who survives. Nancy was employed for many years with Burlington Industries and a member of Word of Life Family Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband, son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Chrissy Coble of Burlington; grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah and Noah Coble. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Minor, Sr. and Ruby Blanchard Minor; one brother, Clyde Minor, Jr. The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Word of Life Family Church by Pastor Rich Fennell and assisted by Rev. Bennie Smith. The committal service will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the home.
