Burlington Molly Ruth Hunter Carden, 70, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Hospice Home surrounded by her family. A native of Alamance County, she was born January 9, 1945 to the late Chester Carl and Elsie Ray Guthrie Hunter. Molly was a member of New Covenant Fellowship and retired from Standard Registry, Inc. where she was employed for many years. She is survived by her brother, Jabe G. Hunter and wife JoAnne of Mebane; sisters, Rebecca "Becky" H. Coleman and husband Larry of Graham, Hanna H. Clapp and husband Gerald of Gibsonville and Janice I. Hunter Jim Radford of Graham; special niece and caregiver, Jill Robertson and husband Eric; sisters-in-law, Betty Hunter and Teena Hunter and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, sons, Bryan Carden and Chad Carden; brothers, Carl Lee Hunter and William "Eddie" Hunter; sister, Jane Thacker and a great nephew, Jonathan Thacker. A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held 2:00pm, Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor David Neff with the burial to follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:30-1:45pm prior to the service and other times at her sister, "Becky's" home in Graham.
