Mildred Faucette

Burlington - Mildred "Millie" Beard Faucette, 75, of 505 Alamance Road, Suite 109 went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 21, 2005 at the Hospice Home. She was a native of Catawba County and the daughter of the late Odell Yerke Beard and Minnie Belle Arndt Beard who survives. She was married to the late Luther Dean Faucette who died in 1997. Millie retired from Western Electric and was a member of Powerline Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis Mark and Rose-Marie Faucette of Burlington and Michael Dean, Sr. and Sandra Faucette of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; grandchildren, Michael Dean, Jr. and wife Heather Faucette, Christian Shane Faucette, Lauren Brooke Faucette and Darren Chad Faucette; great grandchildren, Tristen Dean Faucette and Christian Trevor Faucette; sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Jake Way of Burlington; brothers, Odell Wayne Beard of Hickory and Jerry Mac Beard of Julian. The funeral will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Tim Taylor and Rev. Bill Abrams. Interment will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home and other times at the Son's home, Dennis Mark Faucette, 2214 Trail Five, Burlington.
