Micah Dron

Micah Phillip Dron died peacefully surrounded by loved ones on January 14, 2018 in Durham, North Carolina at the age of 23.
Micah is survived by his Mother and Dad, Shawna Dron-Gentert and Herb Gentert, brothers, Caleb Dron, Joshua Gentert, Corban Gentert, sisters, Rebekah Ivy with husband Dustin Ivy, Bethany Dron of Burlington, NC and brother Caleb Gentert with wife Suzy of Phoenix, AZ and niece, Winnie Ivy. He is preceded in death by his Father, Paul Richard Dron and Grandfather Richard Dron of Kennewick, WA.
Micah was born on July 4, 1994 in Bellevue, WA to Paul and Shawna Dron. He graduated from North Marion High School in 2012. He was an accomplished guitar player and singer/songwriter and made it to the second round of auditions on America's Got Talent in Los Angeles, CA. He played with the band 18:20 for several years in Portland, OR. He was an avid gamer and loved The Lord of the Rings.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 20th at Pine Hill Cemetery by Rev. Steve Janicello who will be officiating the ceremony. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:45 pm on Saturday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Micah's life.
