Mary Wells

Mary Wellons Wells, 85, passed away Monday December 12th, 2016 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was born September 28, 1931 in Goldsboro, NC and was married to the late Oliver Junior Wells. Mary worked for many years at Huey's Seafood in Burlington, she was a member of Trinity Worship Center and a member of the Trinity Golds at the church. She participated in the Alamance County Council of the blind and went on fishing trips with them. She attended Camp Dogwood for the visually impaired and the blind. Family was very important to Mary and she loved spending time with them especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Adair, Robin (Bill) Hoff; sons, Allen Adair, William "Billy" (Sandra) Adair; son-in-law, Tony Swann; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; a daughter Pat Swann and a grandson William "L.B." G. Hoff III, one sister and two brothers.
The funeral will be held 2:00 PM Friday at Trinity Worship Center by Rev. Roger Barefoot. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends 1:00 - 1:45 PM prior to the service at the church.
