Mary Love

Mrs. Mary Lou Hartley Love, 74, died on Sunday, March 18 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of James Alban Hartley and Frances Logan Hartley, both deceased. Her husband was the late William Harrison Love, and she is survived by her children Karen Love Gilliam, Amy Love Savage, and Jason Love, as well as five grand-children. A native of Oklahoma who lived most of her life in North Carolina, she is also survived by eight siblings: Jack Hartley, Bonnie Haney, Marjorie Sykes, Jimmy Hartley, Jerry Hartley, Don Hartley, Bill Hartley, and Linda Hartley. Mrs. Love attended Graham High School and worked for Kayser-Roth, AT&T, and Kernodle Clinic. She was a member of Burlington Christian Church, 301 Trail 4, and her memorial service will be held there Thursday, March 22 at 4 p.m., led by Creighton Beatty. There was a private family burial for Mary Lou.
