Mary Blaylock

Mrs. Mary Frances Simpson Blaylock, age 79, of 362 Stoney Creek Church Rd. passed away Friday August 4, 2006 at her residence. A native of Caswell County, she was wife of the late William Henry Blaylock and daughter of the late Spencer Thomas and Mary Moore Simpson. She was retired from Western Electric and was a member of Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church. Mrs. Blaylock is survived by her daughter, Brenda Minor of Burlington; sisters, Mrs. Nancy Rumple and husband Joe of Greensboro and Betty Burris and husband Frank of Pleasant Garden; brothers, James Harrison and wife Fran of Greensboro and Franklin Simpson and wife of Clarice of Atlanta, GA. 2 grandchildren Bobby Minor and wife Janci of Graham and Ann Watkins and wife Travis of McLeansville; 4 great grandchildren, Bradly Minor, Jessica Minor, Brycen Minor and Jason Watkins. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Monday August 7, 2006 at the Bush Arbor Primitive Baptist Church by Elder Ray King and Rev. Don Rumple. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Blaylock will remain at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory until being taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the funeral service. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 6-8 PM Sunday and at other times the family will be at the home of her daughter, Brenda Minor 1415 Apple St. Condolences may be sent to the family at info@lowefuneralhome.com.
