Martin Noah

Martin Edward Noah, 71, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Washington, DC to the late Gordon Franklin Noah and Velma Mae Osborne Noah.

He was a former member of the Alamance County Recreation Department's Funsters Group and was involved with the Star Point Day Program. He participated in Special Olympics for over 40 years.

Martin is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Gordon and Emily Noah, Bill and Nicky Noah; sisters, Pat Parinello and Nancy Cross; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his guardian, Gail Barnette and his most special friend and caregiver, Lisa Younger. He was preceded in death by his sister, Viola Thomas.

The memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jim Rosser. The family will receive friends following the service.
