Martha Hamilton

Gibsonville, NC Martha Lorene Aunt Lo Toler Hamilton, age 80, formerly of Gibsonville died on Monday, January 23, 2006. She was born in Danville, Virginia and was the wife of the late Luther Calvin Buck Hamilton, Sr. Martha was a homemaker and a member of Brookwood Baptist Church and over the past several years she lived near one of her daughters and attended Sherman Church of the Nazarene in Sherman, Texas. She is survived by her daughters, Ruth Hamilton and Tammy H. Votolato both of Gibsonville, Kathryn H. Burch of Burlington and Linda H. White of Dallas, Texas; son, Luther Calvin Hamilton, Jr. of Wake Forest, NC; ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; her sisters, Joyce Wilson of Reno, Nevada and Carla Ates of California; several nieces and nephews and her aunt. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents, David and Mabel Cochran Toler. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Steve Hinton and the burial will follow at Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and other times at the home of her daughter, Tammy Votolato, 6211 Bethel Church Road, Gibsonville, NC. .
