Mark Shaughnessy

Mark Joseph Shaughnessy was a teacher, handyman, showman, outdoorsman, and a wonderful father. His way with words, his down-to-earth demeanor, and his sharp wit made him memorable to everyone who knew him. He spent his whole life learning and exploring new things, from two Master's degrees to his many hobbies. His care for his family sets an example for us all to strive to, and he will always be remembered for his unending devotion to his surviving wife, Elizabeth Butler Shaughnessy, and Son, Robert Clark Shaughnessy. Mark passed peacefully at his home the morning of May 18th, 2018 after a long battle with Diabetes and heart disease. He will be dearly missed by us all, but especially by his Wife and son, as well as two brothers, Mike and Tom, and sister Cindy.
