Marilyn Gunn

Mrs. Marilyn Fredrick Gunn, age 86, of Hays, NC, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018 at Wilkes Medical Center after a brief illness.
Born in Schenectady, NY, she was the daughter of the late Carl Henry Fredrick and the late Anna Mildred Winkler Fredrick and was married for over 57 years to Robert James Gunn, who passed in 2009. She was a career homemaker and was of the Catholic faith.
Mrs. Gunn was survived by her five children, Suzann Silva and husband, Gregory, of Alameda, CA, Alyson Otrambo and husband, Don, of Anaheim, CA, Carolyn Miller and husband, Jeff, of Hays, NC, Robert Gunn and wife, Reneé, of Elon and Timothy Gunn of Hays, NC; thirteen grandchildren, Marilyn, Stephen, Michele, Amber, Amy, Lauren, Abraham, Amanda, Jennifer, DonE, Luke, Maegan and Timothy; sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a brother, Norm (Peggy) Fredrick of Collegeville, PA.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date in California.
