Margaret Hawk

Margaret Alma Pegram Hawk, age 84, of Steele St. Gibsonville, passed away Sunday, Oct. 6, 2013 at Liberty Commons. A native of Schoolfield, VA, she was the daughter of the late David S. and Maggie Earles Pegram, Sr. and wife of the late Calvin Bruce Hawk. She was a member of Gibsonville Christian Church and the church choir. Survivors include her daughters, Brenda Miller and her significant other, Charlie Clingan of Frederick, MD, Patricia Willets and husband Ricky of Greensboro; sons, Eddie Hawk and wife Teresa of Haw River and Wayne Hawk and wife Cecilia of Snow Camp; brother, David S. Pegram, Jr., sister, Barbara Pigg and husband Garry; grandchildren Jonathan Christopher Hawk, Sabrina Denise Willets, Michael Wayne Hawk and Crystal Dawn Hawk; great grandchildren, Jaleigh Hawk, Landon Hawk and Peyton Pelt. Funeral services will be held 11:00am on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. William Baker. Interment will follow in Gibsonville City Cemetery. Mrs. Hawk will remain at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory through the funeral service. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 6-8pm Tuesday at other times, 2702 York House Rd., Greensboro. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 101 Centreport Dr. Suite 130, Greensboro, NC 27409.
