Mrs. Blondie Louise Jones Greeson, age 93, of Twin Lakes, died Friday, March 8, 2013 at Twin Lakes Health Care Center after several months of failing health. Born in Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late Ira Clarence Jones and the late Velna Shoffner Jones and was married to the late Jake Jackson Greeson, who died in 2000. She was a career homemaker and a longtime member of Brick Reformed Church. Louise enjoyed gardening and was an excellent seamstress. Mrs. Greeson is survived by her daughter, Peggy G. Coble and her husband, Gary, of Liberty; her son Kenneth Greeson and his wife, Donna, of Liberty; two grandsons, Alan Kim Greeson and Gary Wayne Greeson; two great grandchildren, Trent Greeson and Peyton Greeson; and two sisters, Mary Frances Jones of Greensboro and Jean Jones Greeson of Julian. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; a son, Gary Lee Greeson; a sister; and five brothers. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Kristin Gerner-Vaughn. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Saturday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at her son, Kenneth's, home, 6890 McPherson-Clay Rd., Liberty, NC.
