Lizzie Murray

Lizzie Virginia Ellis Murray, 90, of 2920 Union Ridge Rd. passed away Sunday June 17, 2007. She was the wife of the late James William Murray and the daughter of the late Hubert Walker and Daisy Jones Ellis. Lizzie was a native of Chatham County, a member of Lakeview Community Church and she retired from Rental Towel. Survivors include her siblings Edward Louin Ellis of Goldston, Mozelle Ellis Bright of Siler City, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and nephews who loved her very much. Among those who administered to her needs for the past several years was Wendy Perry and her husband Jeff, Tammy Long and her husband Scotty, Linda Wise and her husband Mike, Michael Murray and his wife Nancy, Susan Ryals and Barbara Murray all of Burlington. She was preceded in death by her husband. parents, four brothers and two sisters. The funeral will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday at Lakeview Community Church by Rev. Reid Dickens. Interment will follow in Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc and at other times at the home of a niece Susan Ryals, 2779 Union Ridge Rd.
