Lisa Eggleston

Burlington-Lisa Ellen Eggleston, 51 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Murdoch Center. She was a native of Alamance County and the daughter of the late Elmer Lee and Wanda Crawford Eggleston of Burlington.
Lisa was of the Baptist faith and a loving daughter and sister. Her family was blessed during her lifetime with many wonderful and sweet memories. She is survived by her sisters, Debbie Winstead and husband, Dave of Burlington, Sandy Williams of Graham and Donna Reynolds and husband, Jeff of Burlington; brother, David Wayne Eggleston and wife, Tammy of Graham; uncle and aunt, Floyd and Carolyn Eggleston of Whitsett, NC and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all the staff, doctors, nurses and social workers at Murdoch Center in Butner, NC for their 49 years of faithful and loving service to Lisa. Lisa's quality of life was enriched due to each person's care and love over the years. We consider each caregiver part of Lisa's extended family.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Howard Thompson. The family will receive friends from 12:45-1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. The burial will be at Alamance Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alpine Cottage-Murdoch Developmental Center, P O Box 3000, Butner, NC 27509.
