Linda Tickle

Linda Cameron Tickle, 73, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at her home. She was born in Alamance County to the late James Floyd and Rachel Marie Skenes Cameron and was married to the late William Howard Tickle, Jr. Linda was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and she loved art, quilting and traveling. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Tickle of the home; son, Tim Missy Tickle of Snow Camp; grandchildren, Joshua Lauren, Ryan, Micheal Rachel, Johnathan, Matthew, Chelsea and Hunter; four great grandchildren and siblings, Bobby Cameron, Carolyn Randy Moore, Doris Clark, Jimmy Carol Cameron, Morty Cindy Cameron, Kaye Tatko, Yvonne Tommy Parrish and Becky Ivey. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a son, William Howard Tickle III. The funeral will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday at Cornerstone Baptist Church by Rev. Bill Skenes with interment to follow at Gibsonville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home. The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to the nurses and staff at Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell.
