Linda Love

Burlington Linda Miller Love, 68, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. She was born in Robeson County on May 28, 1947 to the late LeRoy Harvey and Esper Volene Rozier Miller. Linda was a longtime member of First Associated Reformed Presbyterian Church where she was involved with the handbell choir. She retired from UNC Chapel Hill Cashier's Office after many years of service. She enjoyed shopping, was an avid reader and loved sewing and other needlework. Survivors include her son, Anthony "Tony" Love and his wife Cynthia "Cindy" of Clayton; grandson, Michael Love; sister, Betty M. Pendergraph and husband Richard "Rick" of Graham and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents. A service to celebrate her life will be held 2:30pm on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Tim Robinson with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Rd., Burlington, NC 27215 or the First ARP Church, 2250 Saddle Club Rd, Burlington, NC 27215.
